- Exterior - The hotel is a modern medium-rise block in pale concrete. It is set in its own grounds.
- General -
- Lobby - The nmedium to large sized lobby has high ceilings and is quite functional. It os quite modern in appearance.
- Location - The hotel is located 6-8 minutes' walk from the centre of Siofok and the railway station. The hotel is next to Lake Balaton with private beaches.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the lower floors of the hotel and has a panoramic view of the lake.
- Rooms - The small to medium sized rooms show their age a little but they are functional and conmfortable. The rooms are soundproofed and have a view over Lake Balaton
