- Exterior - It is a modern, low rise, white washed hotel.
- General - There is a swimming pool, jet spa and small fitness room. This hotel is of a high standard and is very well situated within Guam.08/02 DT
- Lobby - The lobby is very elegant. It is decorated in marble flooring with plush, comfortable sofas.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the heart of Tumon Bay, 5 minutes from Guam International airport. It is located on the opposite side of the road from the beach, next to Guam's main shopping district, restaurants and night life. The hotel has been built over the top of a small shopping centre
- Restaurant - The hotel has four restaurants - an American diner, Italian restaurant, Steak house and Cafe.
- Rooms - The rooms are all of a very high standard. All rooms have two double beds and are decorated in a modern, European style. Carpets and walls are light in colour, with modern headboards. The bedrooms are all large, and are of light marble with black accents. All rooms have cable television, coffeemaker, mini bar and hair dryers.
