• Exterior - The hotel is a modern, high rise building which was built in 1972. It comprises of three main buildings. The Magalahi Tower (Governor's Tower), the Magas Building (Chief's building) and the Magahaga Spa Wing (Female Chief's wing).
• General - The hotel has five night lighted tennis courts. In addition, there is a state-of-the-art fitness club with saunas, water park, jacuzzi, childrens playground and a private beach and beach club. There is also a partnership with Madara Spa, offering guests massage therapy, body treatments and salon services. This is one of the best hotels in Guam with amazing facilitites.12/08/02 DT
• Lobby - The lobby is very large and open plan with views over the swimming pool. In the lobby is a coffee bar - Caffe cino which is open 24 hours a day. The lobby is vibrant with a constant stream of people coming in and out to relax and have a coffee.
• Location - The hotel is located on the western end of picturesque Tumon Bay, Guam's major tourist centre. It sits on 32 acres of prime beachfront adjacent to Ypao Beach Park.
• Restaurant - There are a total of seven restaurants and bars in the hotel. Caffe Cino serves coffee and light snacks, the Islander Terrace offers informal dining and sumptuous buffets, Genji serves traditional Japanese cuisine and Roy's restaurant offers Euro-Asian cuisine. Roy's Lounge and the Tree bar, located at poolside offer a selection of drinks and snacks.
• Rooms - The hotel offers both standard and executive accomodation. All rooms are fully equipped with TV, in-house movies, mini bar and hair dryer. The rooms are large in size and are decorated in light, pastel colours. All rooms have a balcony
