- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, high rise building.
- General - There are two outdoor swimming pool connected by a water slide. 3 day/night tennis courts, scuba training pool with pro-shop. This is a nice hotel with good facilities.12/08/02 DT
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size and open plan. There is also a large atrium with river pool running through it.
- Location - This hotel is situated on Scenic Oka point, overlooking Agana Bay and the Phillipine Sea. The hotel is located just a 10 minute drive from the airport.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a Japanese restauratn, Continental Restaurant and traditional Euro/Asian restaurant. There is also a lounge bar.
- Rooms - The 403 rooms all have ocean view. All rooms have individual balconies, central air conditioning with individual room temperature control, colour TV, a mini fridge, pay video system, kettle, safe and hair dryer. The rooms are to a good standard and a bright and airy.
