- General - A good basic hotel. All rooms are with balcony.
- Lobby - Medium in size with comfortable seating area.
- Location - Ideally situated on the beach above the Old Port area of the town of Spetses with a stunning view of the sea and mainland Peleponesos.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant offers Greek cuisine. Also a main bar and coffee shop feature at the hotel.
- Rooms - Medium sized rooms with basic furnishings and decor.
