- Exterior - The complex consists of four buildings, situated in and area covering 40,000 square metres, painted white and set in well maintained gardens.
- General - A good, well maintained property. All rooms are fully air conditioned with spacious verandas, private bathrooms, music and telephones. AR 08/01
- Lobby - Large in size with comfortable seating area, marble flooring and dark wooden furnishings.
- Location - Built on a natural private beach, about 10 kilometres from the city of Rhodes and 3 kilometres from Ialissos.
- Restaurant - Offering a variety of international and local cuisine, the restaurant is bright and airy with tiled flooring, wooden furnishings and pastel coloured decor.
- Rooms - Medium in size and tastefully decorated in pastel shades with citrus coloured upholstery and wooden furnishings, the floor is carpeted.
