- Lobby - The lobby is small and decorated in a very elegant museum style.
- Location - The hotel is located opposite the little harbour of Ai Giannis and next to the beach of the same name.
- Restaurant - The hotel does not have a restaurant, but does have a bar serving snacks.
- Rooms - All rooms are decorated in a unique style with cream coloured tiles and dark wood. All rooms come with balcony, satellite television, internal video, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, mini bar and private bathroom.
