- Exterior - The building is "V" shaped and painted in a cream stonewashed colour.
- General - The hotel location is ideal for easy access to the main town. This is a good 3 star hotel. DA 05/01
- Lobby - The lobby area is medium sized and is decorated with white tile flooring.
- Location - The hotel is beautifully located in the harbour of Ithaca, with an astonishing view of the bay.
- Restaurant - There is no main restaurant at the hotel, but there is a roof garden which offers snacks.
- Rooms - The rooms have light brown furnishings and are small. All come with balcony, direct dial phone, television and private bathroom.
