- Exterior - The hotel has a modern, clean cut, glass, concrete and metal exterior. The front entrance is sheltered by a porch which can be accessed by coach or car.

- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized with the reception desk set off to the right hand side. There is a pleasant seating area across from the desk.
- Location - The hotel is situated in a business park in the north of Stuttgart. Despite its location outside the city centre it is very easy to get to downtown Stuttgart by train. There is a station a short distance in front of the hotel with trains going directly into the city centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant which is decorated in a clean, modern style, is located in a large round atrium-like area on the ground floor.
- Rooms - The large rooms are furnished for comfort and ease of use. They are bright and cheerful with modern styling. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
