- Exterior - The hotel is a rather large, plain-looking white building with no prominent features.
- General - 37623
- Lobby - The hotel has a medium sized lobby which is very bright with ample lighting. The lobby is decorated in light wood with marble floors and has ample seating.
- Location - The hotel is approximately 8 kilometres from the centre of Stuttgart, 6 kilometres from the fairground and 1 kilometre from the motorway in an area of Stuttgart called Kornwest.
- Restaurant - The restaurant in the hotel is used for breakfast only. It is a very bright room with a cosy atmosphere. There is also an Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel. This is not owned by the hotel, although they work very closely together.
- Rooms - Rooms are all average in size and vary only slightly. Rooms are all in white with brighter colouring on the soft furnishings and are in good condition. Some of the rooms have a small kitchenette for longer stays. Bathrooms are rather small and are all shower only and, again, they are in very good condition.
