- Lobby - The small lobby has wood panelled walls which offer a warm friendly atmosphere.
- Location - This totally refurbished hotel is ideally located in a business area in the northern part of Munich close to the olympic area and nearby Schwabing, the traditional artist quarter of Munich. Situated close to the ring-road it is within easy access to both the city centre and Munich airport.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor. It is furnished and decorated in a modern style in light colours. There is also a bar with plenty of seating.
- Rooms - The medium sized bedrooms are furnished in a modern style and rooms and the bathrooms are in excellent condition.
