- Exterior - This is a modern concrete building. The entrance is covered by a short awning.

- Lobby - The lobby is small and narrow but extends back a long way and there is plenty of seating. It is modern in design. with large windows and a pleasant light airy colour scheme.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Munich within walking distance of the railway station and the central shopping area. The building is set along a street with good road and tram access in and out of the centre.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is a pleasantly light room with practical, modern furniture.
- Rooms - The rooms are small and in very good condition. They are simply decorated, in typical "no frills" style with a light colour scheme. The bathrooms are also in very good condition.
