- Lobby - Open plan, laid out with a pale apricot coloured carpet and the reception desk is black wood with a turquoise coloured wooden city skyline relief.
- Location - A residential area north of the city centre.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is to the right of the lobby entrance. It is also laid out with a pale apricot coloured carpet and furnished with black furniture. The small bar is situated to the left of the entrance. It is also furnished and decorated in pale apricot and black and has an intimate atmosphere. 07/01/94
