- Exterior - The hotel has an attractive modern, block style exterior.
- General -
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby area is welcoming with a large open reception desk and a comfortable seating area.
- Location - The hotel is situated just to the west of the city centre just 300 metres away from the "phantom of the opera" and "cats" musicals and a few minutes away from the river alster, the elbe and the hamburg port.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is bright and elegant with cane chairs. There is a also a 'roof bar' where one can have breakfast looking out over the city's rooftops. *not visited* 220197
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large with large windows and have an harmonious interplay of colours (soft purples and mauves). This colour scheme is to be found throughout the hotel. Both the rooms and their bathrooms are in very good condition.
