- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, slightly characterless, building in red brick.
- General - 37627
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is large and modern. The reception desk is in pale wood and the reception area is partly laid out with wood. There is a large seating area in the open plan lobby and adjoining bar with round wooden tables and wicker chairs or comfortable light brown and dark green leather armchairs.
- Location - This hotel is situated off a busy road in a partly residential, partly commercial area north of Hamburg city centre, which can be relatively easily reached by public transport in about half an hour.
- Restaurant - Like the lobby, the restaurant is also furnished with pale wooden tables and chairs.
- Rooms - The rooms are large and typical of all Novotels, containing one queen sized bed and a couch that can be converted into a second comfortable double bed. The furniture is white, whilst the rest of the colourscheme is neutral in beige. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.
