Hotel Reports
- Exterior - A modern brown bricked building surrounded by trees.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size with big windows everywhere giving it lots of light and a very spacious feeling. There are big leather sofas fitting in with the warm decoration of the hotel.
- Location - The de poort hotel is located just across the Dutch border and aprox 90kms from dusseldorf and directly next to the direct motorway links.
- Restaurant - The "weberstube" is a very cosy restaurant with all walls being in sandstone giving it a very warm feeling. There is a large stone floor with small rugs here and there, along with the pale yellow soft furnishings. The kitchen serves traditoinal German food along with international dishes. There is also a small rustical stlye bar just off the restaurant. General. The hotel has fantastic sporting facilities from tennis, squash and a large swimming pool. An excellent hotel for groups coming from holland on their way down the rhein.
- Rooms - The rooms are all medium in size and decorated in pale wood and wicker furniture. There are large windows in the room again giving a bright and spacoius feeling. The soft furnishings are white and beige in colour. All the bathrooms as with the rooms are in very good condition.
