Hotel Reports
- Exterior - It is a modern building, but constructed in typical bavarian style with lots of exposed woodwork and overhanging eves.
- General - 36018
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby has a terracotta tiled floor, and clean white walls, giving it a refreshingly airy feel. Opposite the wooden reception desk is a cosy seating area.
- Location - The alpenblick Residenz is located in a lovely peaceful spot about five minutes from the main alpenblick htl, set back from the lake up on the hillside.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is situated on the first floor. It has a warm dark red carpet and a blue colourscheme. At the back of the breakfast room is the wintergarden, which is decorated with very pale wood and opens up to a large balcony.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are large, light and comfortably furnished in a surprsingly modern style, with dark turquoise carpets with little pastel coloured dots. The furniture is of medium brown wood. All rooms have either a terrace or a balcony, and almost all have sensational views of the surrounding mountains and the lake below. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
