- General - The Kolpinghaus is situated in the heart of the City and only a short walk from the shopping area. Roads to the hotel are minor and so there is no problem with traffic noise. The building itself is a standard block structure with a redeeming feature of dorma windows. The lobby area is medium sized with seating arrangedalong its three sides. The reception desk is small but adequate for the size of the hotel. Rooms are medium sized and modestly furnished. The colour schemes vary from floor to foor
