- Exterior - The hotel consists of two, modern four storey red brick buildings located across the road from each other.
- General - There is a trade fair ground a ten minute walk away.0898/0300ka/1000ZS
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby is bright and airy with a lot of plants and flowers.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located, in a commercial and residential area, near the main train station and trade fair ground.
- Restaurant - The L'arc en ciel is large and modern, with discreet lighting and wood furnishings. One side of the restaurant overlooks the terrace, which is used during the summer months. There is a bar at the back of the restaurant which is decorated in the same style.
- Rooms - The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished in a modern style with large windows, and many have little balconies. They are in good condition.
