- Exterior - The building is of contemporary design and is eight storeys high.
- General - 0898/0300ka/1000ZS
- Lobby - The medium size lobby does not offer much natural light, but is quite bright with white floors, walls and ceilings. There are colourful prints on the walls and a comfortable seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located opposite the main train station and is ten minutes from the airport and five minutes from the main shopping area. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the nearby trade fair ground.
- Restaurant - There is a coffee shop situated on the ground floor.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are furnished with light wood furniture, and decorated with brown and beige curtains and upholstery. They are in good condition.
