- Lobby - The reception offers a fax service, currency exchange, taxi call and a restaurant booking service 24 hours a day.
- Location - The hotelship is moored at the "Mainkai" on the business district side of the river Main with the old town just accross the river. The central railway station is within a 10-minute walk, the fair ground within a 15-minute walk. Phone and fax numbers as well as the final location will be known about 10 days prior to the fairs. Taxi companies in Frankfurt will be advised of the exact mooring points of the individual hotelships.
- Restaurant - Apart from the breakfast room there is a bar, a lounge and a library with meeting facilities.
- Rooms - This is a first class hotelship with 52 cabins. All cabins have twin beds, private shower and toilet, airconditioning, direct dial telephone and colour tv with video channel.
