- Exterior - The hotel is a typical high rise building.
- General - There is a shuttle bus to the airport, which runs every ten minutes from early morning until midnight. There is also a train service from the airport to Frankfurt main train station, the journey time is fifteen minutes. There is a trade fair ground ten minutes from Frankfurt main train station. 0898/0300ka/1000ZS
- Lobby - The large lobby is open plan with ample seating.
- Location - The hotel is situated in an extensive woodland area to the south of Frankfurt, only ten minutes from the airport.
- Restaurant - The Pergola coffee shop is integrated into the lobby, and offers meals from the buffet. The elegant Grill restaurant is for the gourmet diner. The Woodlands restaurant is a seperate 200 year old building, with the atmosphere of an old country house. It has wood panelling, tiled floors and hunting trophies adorning the walls. Local specialities including game dishes, are in harmony with the rustic surroundings. In fine weather guests can sit outside on the garden terrace and watch a spit roast sizzling on the charcoal grill.
- Rooms - The rooms are decorated in subdued colours, and the large windows ensure plenty of light.
