- Lobby - The reception offers a fax service, currency exchange, taxi call and a restaurant booking service 24 hours a day.
- Location - The hotel ship is moored on the Mainkai on the central business district side of the Main with the old town just across the river. The central railway station is within a 10 minutes walk and the fair ground is within a 15 minutes walk. Telephone and fax numbers of the ship as well as the exact location will be known about 10 days prior to arrival. Taxi companies in Frankfurt are advised of the final mooring points of all the different hotelships.
- Restaurant - Apart from the breakfast room there is a main lounge as well a second lounge with meeting facilities. Guests have the possibility to relax in the whirlpool and sauna on board.
- Rooms - It is a first class hotelship with 60 cabins. All cabins have air conditioning, direct dial telephone and a colour tv with video channel. Half the bathrooms have a bath tub, while the other half are equipped with showers. All of them have hairdryers.
