- Lobby - The reception offers a fax service, currency exchange, taxi call, a restaurant booking service and a limited laundry service 24 hours a day.
- Location - The hotelship is moored on the "Mainkai" on the central buisiness district side of the main with the old town just across the river. The main railway station is a 10 minute walk away while it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the fair ground. Telephone and fax numbers as well as the exact location will be known about 10 days prior to the fairs. Taxi companies in Frankfurt will be advised of the mooring points of the individual ships.
- Restaurant - Apart from the breakfast room there is a bar, two lounges, two whirlpools, sauna and solarium. During some fairs an a-la-carte dinner service is available.
- Rooms - This is a first class hotel ship with 73 cabins. All cabins have twin or single beds, private shower and toilet, air conditioning, direct dial telephone and colour tv with video and info channels.
