- Lobby - The reception offers a fax service, currency exchange, taxi call and a restaurant booking service 24 hours a day.
- Location - The hotel ship is moored at the "Mainkai" on the side of the central business district, with the old town just across the river. The central railway station is within a 10 minutes walk, the fair ground within a 15 minutes walk. Phone and fax numbers of the hotelships as well as the exact location will be known about 10 days prior to the fairs. Taxi companies in Frankfurt are also advised of the mooring points of the individual ships.
- Restaurant - Apart from the breakfast room there is a bar where a snack menu is offered, a veranda lounge as well as a Panorama lounge and whirlpool and sauna.
- Rooms - This is a first class hotelship with 73 cabins. All cabins have twin beds, private shower and toilet, air conditioning, direct dial telephone and colour tv with video channel.
