- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and typical of the hotel chain, with modern, cleanly designed furniture and decor.
- Location - The hotel is located near to Frankfurt airport, and also very practically situtated for good motorway access. It is located about 8 km from fair-site which takes 15-20 minutes by car. From the Airport a subway train runs directly to Frankfurt main train station. The ride takes about 15 minutes. The fair ground is then another 10-minute walk.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is furnished in a contemporary style.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and modern in design. They are very well maintained and both they and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
