Hotel Reports
- Exterior - It is housed in a modern highrise building.
- General - Info it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the station. From there trains are leaving frequently to duesseldorf main station where the "u78" underground line leads to the fairground. Total journey time is about an hour. General 12 aug 98
- Lobby - The reception has a bright blue carpet, white walls and ceiling and a white reception desk. The medium sized lobby leads on to the breakfast room and the bar which is only opened in the evening.
- Location - The Ibis hotel is located adjacent to the main train station in essen.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room is also open for dinner on weekdays and there are snacks available at the bar. Fair
- Rooms - The furnishing of the bedrooms is rather basic. Again the decoration consists of a blue carpet, white walls and ceiling and bedspreads in pastel colours. Rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
