- Exterior - Modern interpretation of a traditional German aristocratic residence. Light stonework with glass fronted ground floor.
- General - General Information 9 stops on underground (klever strasse) to tradefair ground.
- Lobby - Medium sized with pale ceilings and pillars. The floor is marble using different coloured stone to make patterns. The walls are panneled in places using dark wood.
- Location - Central dusseldorf within easy walking distance of the stylish konigsallee shopping street and old town, the commercial area of Berliner allee and the art galleries and museums. 5 minutes' walk from klever strasse u-bahn.
- Restaurant - Similar pale pastel colour scheme to the rooms but wooden furniture is darker. Ligh airy atmosphere with an open terrace for nice weather.
- Rooms - Medium to large and decorated in very tasteful, gentle pastle shades, mainly greys and beiges. Upholstery and bedspreads are patterned in slightly darker shades of the same colours.
