- Location - The hotel is located in Cotta, a suburb of Dresden, which is 4 kilometres from the city centre. The hotel is conveniently located for the motorway, and speedy transfers into town and has 120 Parking spaces.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated with a lot of polished light wood and attractive modern furniture. The hotel also has a lobby-bar.
- Rooms - The medium sized bedrooms are pleasantly light due to the large windows, plain white painted walls, light wood furniture and curtains and chairs in pale pastel colours. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are well maintained and in very good condition.
