- Exterior - The building is an attractive, modern, whitewashed, low-rise building.
- General - 0201UV
- Lobby - The small reception area and small to medium lobby are open plan with a seating area towards the rear. There is much natural light. The carpet is blue with orange dots and the fittings are light brown wood. The bar is blue marble with wood fittings behind and around it and the reception. The walls are painted white covered with pictures of old Dresden.
- Location - The hotel is on one of the main roads to the motorway around Dresden, approximately 10 minutes drive from the old town, this hotel is situated directly on the banks of the river Elbe. Good bus and tram connections to the centre.
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor next to the lobby bar and reception area, the restaurant is modern and decorated in yellow. Tables for 4 can be put together for larger groups of people.
- Rooms - The rooms are very pleasant, modern and bright. They have blue carpets, yellow/orange patterned bedspreads and matching curtains. The rooms are mainly twin bedded with spotless bathrooms and new furniture.
