- Exterior - The hotel is in a modern building which is slightly futuristic in appearance.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and adjoins the restaurant. The reception areais generous with an adjacent seating area decorated in dark colours. There is much natural light afforded by the reception's large shop front windows.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the cotta district of dresden. It is in a quiet residential side street in the same block as some local shops near to the main tram and bus routes into the old town.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is open plan and situated in the lobby. 11/08/98
- Rooms - All the rooms are suites. All are identical in size and layout. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with and atteactive colour scheme. All rooms have shower.
