- Lobby - The lobby is bright and modern featuring a large modern art painting.
- Location - The hotel is very practically located in central Dresden, on a main road, within a ten minute walk of the main station, whilst the historic city centre is a slightly longer walk or a short taxi or tram ride.
- Restaurant - The bistro-style restaurant is furnished in a light colour scheme with modern wooden furniture. The breakfast room is also furnished in a modern style. It features a stylish and unusual curved partition which has been painted by a modern artist.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium sized and are furnished in a modern style to the usual high standard. There is a large black leather reclining armchair in every room, whilst the fabrics of curtains and bedspreads are in bright warm colours. Both the rooms and the attractive bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
