- Exterior - The building is modern, of a glass and steel construction.
- General -
- Lobby - The large lobby is laid out with grey tiles. Sanded lit glass tiles lead from the entrance to the reception desk which is a large bright yellow egg shaped construction. In the centre of the lobby is a comfortable seating area furnished with pale rusty coloured seats. Behind the seating area is the lobby bar decorated in a grey colour scheme.
- Location - The art'otel is located in the centre of dresden.The town's main attractions, the castle, the zwinger and the semper opera are within walking distance.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor, and like the rest of the hotel is heavily influenced by modern architectural Art. 15/06/98
- Rooms - The bedrooms are in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms. They vary considerably in size, but are medium sized on average. Rooms are laid out with dark blue carpet with little yellow dots. The wardropes are curved and can be opened by pushing a small wooden desk which slides along a rail. The bathrooms are tiled with yellow tiles with little blue dots. The washbasin is a metal cone shaped construction with a sanded glass rim. The bathrooms feature a large two way mirror through to the bedroom.
