- Lobby - The lobby is laid out with Polished grey tiles. The reception desk is also in light grey. The ceiling is covered with white tiles.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located near Dessau's historic town hall.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor. It is bright and furnished in a modern style. The hotel bar is partly laid out with a grey carpet and in front of the bar with light grey pollished tiles. The chairs and bar stools are blue. 10/01/97
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are furnished in a modern style in a light grey and white colourscheme with purple fabrics. They are in very good condition.
