- Lobby - The lobby is laid out with polished grey tiles. The reception desk is also in light grey and the ceiling is covered with white tiles.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located near Dessau's historic town hall.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor . It is bright and furnished in a modern style. The hotel bar is partly laid out with a grey carpet amd in front of the bar with light grey polished tiles. The chairs and bar stools are in blue.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are furnished in a modern style in a light grey and white colourscheme with purple fabrics. Rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
