- Exterior - The building is modern and of red brick with large windows.
- General - (0800 DM)
- Lobby - The large lobby is elegantly furnished with plenty of seating. It is a split level open plan area, which also incorporates the restaurant and the bar.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the heart of Cologne within walking distance of the Cathedral, the railway station and the major shopping area.
- Restaurant - Raffael is the theme for the gourmet restaurant with reproductions (presumably) of some of Raffael's great works decorating the walls. There is also a cafe for light snacks.
- Rooms - The large rooms are luxuriously furnished to a high standard in a pale colour scheme.
