- Exterior - The building is a high rise buidling with large windows and white in colour.
- General - 03/03HM
- Lobby - The small lobby is decorated in a beige and pale brown colour scheme.
- Location - The hotel is situated outside the city centre near the business centre with easy access to the motorway network. Fair tram stop "Aachener Strasse/Guertel" is a two minute walk from the hotel and the lines 1 and 2 go directly to the fair ground. Journey time is about twenty minutes.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is on the ground floor past the bar which is adjacent to the lobby. The restaurant is decorated in a light warm colour scheme and features a buffet in the centre.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are plain with wood features. They are light and airy due to the size of the windows. Bedrooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.
