- Exterior - The hotel is a traditional building in dark stone with lots of typically German detailing.
- General - 37623
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby is furnished in varying shades of brown. There is a comfortable seating area with light brown leather seats, and various cabinets displaying souvenirs of this historic town.
- Location - The Zur Post hotel is just a couple of buildings down the road from the Mercure hotel, opposite the attractive old train station overlooking the square. The old town of Bremen is just a 05minute walk away.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is decorated in light friendly colours. Large windows make it pleasantly light and airy, whilst the decor is soothingly traditional, this is also an award winning cafe where the finest handmade cakes and pralines are made.
- Rooms - The medium sized bedrooms are comfortably furnished to a good standard with dark brown furniture. They are a little old fashioned looking, but are nonetheless in good condition as are the bathrooms.
