- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and has a rounded reception desk.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of the town of Braunschweig right by the pedestrian and shopping area and is only 5 minutes from the main train station.
- Restaurant - The hotel has several restaurants, the most formal being decorated with dark wood furniture. It serves haute cuisine in the best Swiss tradition. There is a very bright and airy restaurant with light wood furniture and bright yellow lamp shades and window blinds. This is a very informal and friendly restaurant serving breakfast, brunch and salad buffets as well as international dishes. In addition, there is a restaurant which has a rustic atmosphere and serves traditional food. Finally there is the piano pub which is furnished in a library style and provides live piano entertainment.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a good size and are furnished to a high standard with brown furniture.
