- Location - The hotel is very centrally located on the famous Boulevard "Unter Den Linden, which was the very heart of the former city of east Berlin. Many major sights like the Brandenburg gate, the Cathedral and the main museums are within easy walking distance as is the train and underground station "Friedrich-Strasse".
- Restaurant - There is a restaurant and a lounge bar.
- Rooms - The bedrooms have dark wooden furniture with plain white walls, large windows offer plenty of natural light.
