- Exterior - The building is a modern block situated beside the motorway that leads to the airport.
- General - 0693/1000ZS
- Lobby - The hotel lobby is small but bright.
- Location - The hotel is ideally located for the fairgrounds, as they are right opposite the hotel. The city centre of Berlin however, is 6 kilometres away.
- Restaurant - The breakfast room and the bar are both decorated with light wood furniture. There is no restaurant in the hotel but an American steakhouse and a Chinese restaurant are adjacent to the building.
- Rooms - The bedrooms are all pleasantly furnished in light colours and with coordinating bedspreads and curtains in pastel colours.
