- Exterior - It is a contemporary building.
- General - 36011
- Lobby - The reception is on the top floor and the medium size lobby is decorated with white marble tiles on the floor, black sofas and large windows, which offer Panoramic views over the city.
- Location - The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Berlin and is located over shops. It is situated on the famous Boulevard "Kurfuerstendamm" and is only a stroll from the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial-Church, the Europa-centre, the Zoological garden and the main train station.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant but a breakfast room, a bar and a roof terrace where small snacks and coffees can be taken in summer.
- Rooms - The medium size bedrooms have sound proofed windows and are comfortably furnished in light colours. The desks and bedside tables are fitted into the walls. Rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
