- Exterior - The hotel is a modern building.
- General - In general the hotel is a little old fashioned and would benefit from some updating. 0898/1000ZS
- Lobby - The medium size lobby and reception area is furnished and decorated in dark brown. There is hardly any natural day light and the lobby is not very well lit.
- Location - The hotel is situated near Berlin Zoo train station.
- Restaurant - The Grill is quite an original restaurant featuring wooden barrels on wooden shelves and little curios hanging from the ceiling. It has a wooden floor and furniture offering a rustic atmosphere. The main restaurant is again furnished in a dark brown colour scheme. Large windows give plenty of light and offer a pleasant view of the hotel's garden.
- Rooms - The medium size rooms are decorated with a lot of dark wooden furniture and brown fabrics. The rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
