- Lobby - The spacious lobby is partly laid out with polished tiles and partly with carpet. There is a comfortable seating area situated near the bar which is furnished with medium brown wood fittings.
- Location - The hotel is located in the suburbs of Teltow. It is located by canal in a newly developed commercial area. The tube station is nearby.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is furnished in an apricot colour scheme. It is very bright due to large windows offering a view of the hotel garden.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and kept in very good condition. They are decorated to a good standard in a modern style.
