- General - The hotel has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 0898/1000ZS
- Lobby - The lobby is large and very elegant with comfortable seating beneath a large tapestry and is a fine place to meet and greet friends. It is decorated in light colours and has Asian style furniture. The reception desk is of polished light wood. There is an elegant bar to the rear of the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the "Europa centre" between the Memorial Church, the "Kurfuerstendamm" and the Berlin Zoo. It is within easy reach of all the city sites, restaurants, shops and pubs.
- Restaurant - There is a gourmet restaurant with a sophisticated environment and fine furnishings.
- Rooms - The rooms of the hotel are medium in size and are in good condition. All rooms are air conditioned and decorated to a high standard in subdued colours. There is also a casino-wing to the hotel offering higher category rooms with marble bathrooms.
