- Exterior - A new building of a pleasant modern design and has an underground Parking garage.
- General - 0201UV
- Lobby - Large open plan area with seating area. Marble floor and pleasant pink coulour scheme make the atmosphere quite comfortable. The reception area is medium sized.
- Location - Very central. The shopping precinct and some of the famous sights like the "villa wahnfried, where richard wagner lived are close by.
- Restaurant - The restaurant offers national and international dishes. It is situated off the lobby, and is not seperated from it. There is a pub as well which is situated off the restaurant behind a door. It can also be accessed from the street.
- Rooms - Are of a fair size with large windows and are decorated with Polished wood furniture. The y are modern and well kept. The colour scheme is neutral pastels.
