- Exterior - Traditional imposing building slightly set back from the main road. The facade is dark stone topped with a tiled roof.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is brightly lit and modern. It is medium sized and has a small seating area by the large front window. The lobby is small. The hotel bar - open to the public - situated to the left of the entrance.
- Location - This hotel is located i8n the cente of the town within very short walking distance of the beautifully preserved ol town. There are good public transport links (bus) to the rail station which is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel.
- Restaurant - Situated to the rear of the lobby it is well lit and very airy. It has high ceilings and the fresh atmosphere is further enhanced by the predominantly yellow colour scheme. It is an excellent fit hotel. 030898
- Rooms - Each room has its own distinctive character. Some are quite small and shabby in comparison to the majority which are extremely well decorated and have excellent facilites. By and large the rooms are good, but some singles are very small indeed.
