- Location - The Intercity is situated next to the main train station in the bustling centre of the city in the shopping district. Augsburg's old town is just 5mins walk away.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the first floor with large windows overlooking the busy street below. It is decorated in modern style, with a pale pastel colourscheme and simple modern furniture.
- Rooms - The rooms are typical Intercity style. Thus they are small and decorated in modern style with a fresh clean colourscheme. As is usual for Intercity they are in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
