- Exterior - The hotel was built in 1980 and the exterior is undistinguished. Though clean in design.
- General - 37623
- Lobby - The medium sized lobby is dominated by orange, blue and brown in typical Novotel style.
- Location - This hotel is conveniently situated for the motorway network and the congress centre is within walking distance. The old town centre of Aachen is just a 15min walk away. The building itself is surrounded by large car-parks and trees and lawns.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located on the ground floor adjoining the lobby and is decorated in a fresh, modern style with a bright colourscheme complemented by plenty of natural light through the full length windows.
- Rooms - The rooms are also typical Novotel with the standard arrangement comprising one queen-sized bed and one comfortable sofa bed and a neutral beige and cream colourscheme. The hotel has recently been renovated and is in very good condition.
