- Location - The hotel is located in northern Paris, 5 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge Theatre and only 5 minutes by public transport from the Opera and main department stores. It is in a lively district.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant in the hotel, but breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor.
- Rooms - The rooms are small but in a fair condition. There are 2 apartments with interconnecting rooms with one double bed and 2 singles, ideal for a family.
